Challenge
ERB Angling Club required more than a standard website — they needed a system capable of managing competitions, tracking results, and presenting dynamic data to members in an engaging way.
Traditional website setups lacked the functionality needed to handle match results, leaderboards, and ongoing club activity, often relying on manual updates or disconnected tools.
The challenge was to design and build a fully integrated solution that could handle both the public-facing website and the underlying club management system, while remaining simple and accessible for non-technical users.
Solution
A fully custom WordPress website combined with a bespoke Fishing Club Manager plugin, designed specifically around the workflows of an angling club.
The system allows administrators to manage matches, input catch data, and automatically generate rankings and leaderboards, which are then displayed dynamically on the website.
The user interface was designed to be intuitive and easy to manage, ensuring club members and administrators can interact with minimal technical knowledge.
The plugin saves the user from hours of administration time.
